Questions about this product

Can't find your answer? Ask us and we'll get straight back to you.

Ask a question

How many Jacka-Masts do I need?

One per corner, so four for a standard camper. The price shown is per mast; the Jacka-Mast Combo Kit includes all four plus the roof bolt and mount plate upgrades.

Will Jacka-Mast fit my camper?

It is a direct replacement for the standard telescopic masts in Jayco camper trailers. So this means that it is the same job to install a Jacka-Mast or a standard Jayco one. Its a no brainer....

We also offer Jacka-Mast models to suits New Age Wayfinder, Goldstream and Coromals. Pre-1995 campers may need a simple conversion; contact us first.

Do I need Jacka-Jay or Jacka-HD to be able to get the Jacka-Masts?

No. Jacka-Masts work with the original Jayco winch system as well as with Jacka-Jay and Jacka-HD electric lifts.

Does Jacka-Mast need lubrication?

No. We recommend to simply keep the Jacka-Masts clean, and allow the 316 stainless steel and low-friction poly guides to do their job and not get soiled by external contaminents.

"This system is so great. Yes, we were setting up in the rain, but we could focus on other tasks while the JackaJay was working hard for us."
